Hey thanks for stopping by. I’m Saleh ElGhatit, but a lot of people call me Sal, most recently I was Executive Creative Director at Serviceplan Dubai. Starting 2025 I left my agency life to take a break and follow my passions as a storyteller and director. You might not find me in an agency at the moment but most likely on a set near you.
Currently working on a documentary.
I’ve won some awards, most notably Dubai Lynx Independent Agency of the Year 2024 and 2022, Grand Prix at The Loeries, multiple Dubai Lynx Awards, One shows, ADDYs, and a Lion at Cannes 2024.
Guess what? I’ve judged some of them too, was in the One Show Jury in 2025, Grand Jury for New York Festivals in 2022, Shortlist Jury for New York Festivals in 2024, and the Young Lynx Jury in 2023.
